Family care homes are licensed to provide residential care for up to six residents at a time. These small, intimate care homes, located in residential neighborhoods, employ staff who have a special interest and training in caring for the elderly. With fewer residents and regular staff each care home can provide more one-on-one attention and can often notice subtle changes in a resident and can arrange for medical attention very quickly. Residents spend their senior years in a lovely home supported by a caring and compassionate team of licensed health professionals, healthcare assistants, and family.
