Our featured program is the comprehensive 120 Hour North Carolina Family Care Home Administrator in Training Program with Preception. The course includes classroom training and 100 hours of on-the-job training with a guaranteed experienced preceptor and longtime Family Care Home owner. Additional NC DHHS training and certifications presented by an experienced and approved RN giving the trainee access to a full understanding of the requirements, rules and operational systems needed to successfully run a Family Care or Supervised Living Home in North Carolina is also available. Complete Family Care or Supervised Living Home Consulting is also available to attain a NC DHHS License as well.

Family Care and Supervised Living Homes are licensed to provide residential care for up to six residents at a time. These small, intimate care homes, located in residential neighborhoods, employ staff who have a special interest and training in caring for the elderly and disabled adult. With fewer residents and regular staff each home can provide more one-on-one attention and can often notice subtle changes in a resident and can arrange for medical attention very quickly. Residents also get to age in place when able and spend their senior years in a lovely home supported by a caring and compassionate team of licensed health professionals, healthcare assistants, and family.
